The Directory of Open Access Books has over 5000 academic peer-reviewed books, from 163 publishers, including Springer and Brill.

Hathi Trust
The Hathi Trust is a partnership of academic and research institutions, offering a collection of millions of titles digitised from libraries around the world.

Internet Archive
The Internet Archive and Open Library offer over ten million fully accessible books and texts. 

New Zealand Electronic Text Collection
Significant New Zealand and Pacific Island texts and materials held by Victoria University. These texts are available in four different formats: ePub, PDF, TEI-XML and DAISY.

OAPEN
The OAPEN Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation and is dedicated to open access, peer-reviewed books. These freely accessible academic texts are mainly in the area of Humanities and social sciences.
