Tauranga City Libraries at Orange

From Friday 3 December 2021 vaccination certificates will be required to enter all Tauranga City Libraries spaces, including the Mobile Library.

What you need to know when visiting the library at Orange:

  • Everyone aged 12 years and 3 months or older is required to show proof of their vaccination status using My Vaccine Pass and scan in with the NZ COVID Tracer app, or manually sign in, on entry
  • Face coverings are required at all times in the library for everyone aged 12 years and over
  • Practice good hygiene and wash or sanitise your hands before and after visiting
  • Keep a 1-metre distance from people you don’t know
  • Library buildings have capacity limits so please wait to enter if you are asked to
  • If you don’t want to browse the shelves, pre-order your books before you visit (there is no charge for holds).
  • Please stay home if you are sick

Thank you all for your cooperation. We are available by phone: 07 577 7177 and on our Facebook page if you have any questions.
