A versatile, large community event room, suitable for conferences, presentations, workshops, networking events, performances, and private functions. The seating can be configured in theatre, banquet, classroom, or cabaret style, or cleared for a standing cocktail event. Available for booking between 7am and 11pm daily.

A range of equipment is available to support your event:

• Two projectors and screens available on request at an additional cost
• Microphone set (hand-held and lapel)
• Lectern and whiteboard
• Two Stages (1,220mm x 2,440mm)
• Kitchenette with a dishwasher, fridge, wine glasses, mugs, milk jugs, water carafes, teaspoons

Easy access meeting room in Greerton to accommodate local community groups and businesses for meetings, events and interviews, with 6 tables and 30 chairs available for a variety of setup possibilities.

Facilities

• White board, projector, screen, and HDMI cable. Need to book in advance.
• Kitchenette with a dishwasher, small fridge, microwave, crockery, and cutlery.
• Access to boiled and chilled water.
• Own temperature control system.
• Available for booking between 7am and 11pm daily.

Please note the walls to our meeting room are glass, which may not suit your event. Remote blinds are available on some walls.
