Join End of Life Doulas Gaylene Delaney and Robyn Wilson for a thoughtful and interactive workshop exploring mortality, legacy, and what gives life meaning.

In a safe, welcoming space, you'll be invited to reflect on your own thoughts and experiences through a variety of gentle activities and conversations. Together, we'll explore how acknowledging our mortality can help us live more intentionally, deepen our connections with others, and consider the legacy we wish to leave.

Whether this is a topic you've thought about often or are just beginning to explore, you are warmly welcome. We hope you'll leave feeling more connected to yourself, to others, and to what matters most.

This session is part of Dying Week Matter. For more information about the series and other events, go to gowithgrace.nz/dyingmatters
