Friends of the Tauranga City libraries is an organisation for anyone who is interested in books, libraries, life and literacy.
Book groups are held at the Greerton, Papamoa and Mt Maunganui libraries. Greerton library also has a monthly chat group with a guest speaker.
Our goal is to maintain a close working relationship with both library and Council staff to help provide the best possible service to the community and to increase the use of the Libraries through public awareness and advocacy of the library’s goals and objectives.
