Support your own wellbeing in Movember

Men Making Miles / Ngā Tāne Hanga Māero is a men’s mental health and wellbeing kaupapa focused on breaking down the old stigma that men should harden up, keep things to themselves, or struggle in silence. Our kōrero sessions are about normalising conversations around men’s mental health and showing tāne that it’s okay to speak up, ask for support, and be real about both the highs and lows of life.

The session will be led by Duncan Woonton and Eruera Piwari, alongside the wider Men Making Miles facilitation team. Duncan, Eruera and their team have spent more than seven years working in men’s mental health and wellbeing, facilitating hundreds of sessions and supporting thousands of tāne across Aotearoa. Their approach is grounded in lived experience, genuine connection, and a strong passion for creating spaces where men feel supported, uplifted, and reminded that they are not alone. For more information, visit menmakingmiles.org

There’s no pressure, no judgement, no expectations — just genuine kōrero, connection, and support.

Due to the nature of the topics discussed, this session is for adults only.
