Dr Wai Tze is a British Menopause Society accredited menopause specialist and a UK trained GP. She has been a doctor for over sixteen years and worked in a dedicated Menopause clinic providing care to patients with complex medical histories and difficult to treat menopausal symptoms.
Phoebe de Jong is a NZ Nutrition Society Registered Nutritionist. She has background in both exercise physiology and nutrition and has been working in the Women’s Health space for over 15 years, most recently in private practice based in Mount Maunganui.
