Tai chi, is a harmonious blend of movement and stillness, and Chinese people often refer to as “meditation in motion”. It is not just a physical exercise, but a gateway to understand the profound philosophy of Yin and Yang.
In this session Jack Hu, an experienced tai chi practitioner, will introduce you to the basic tai chi movements and principles. No prior experience is necessary.
