Period 101 is a fun, open, and empowering introduction to periods and puberty for girls aged 7–12.

In this workshop, we take the awkwardness out of the conversation and replace it with confidence, connection, and curiosity. Through simple explanations, relatable language, and a light-hearted approach, girls learn what’s happening inside their bodies, what to expect, and how to feel prepared—not scared.

We cover the basics of the menstrual cycle, body changes, emotions, and practical tools like pads, period undies, and how to manage their first period with ease.

More than just information, this is a shared experience—creating a safe space where the girls can talk, ask questions, and feel closer as they navigate this new stage together.

No shame. No confusion. Just real talk, support, and a warm welcome into womanhood.
