Bex Thompson is passionate about wellbeing and holistic health. After leaving the corporate world eight years ago, to follow her passion, Bex studied as a life coach and nutritionist and launched her own practice. Along the way, she discovered that something was missing — the power of slowing down. This led her to train as a meditation coach, deepening her focus on mindfulness and presence. She has been teaching meditation and Yin yoga for the past two years, helping other reconnect with themselves and their environment. She is also the owner of Studio-O wellness centre in Mount Maunganui, set to open later this year.
